I lost two pounds this week which is my goal for now. I am going to start changing my eating again to help with losing more weight beginning next week. I have to pace myself so that I do not get discouraged. I want to make life time changes and in order to do that I need to take this one day at a time and one meal at a time. Through Christ who strengthens me I will win this battle.
272.4 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 122.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1447 kcal Fat: 46.01g | Prot: 59.67g | Carb: 210.10g.   Breakfast: 1% milk, total raisin bran, polar mandarin oranges. Lunch: polar mandarin oranges, wishbone light italian dressing, cabot light sharp cheddar cheese, carrots, nickles split top wheat, frito lays baked doritos, honey roasted turkey breast. Dinner: mashed potatoes, corn, butterball 85% lean ground turkey. Snacks/Other: nabisco 100 calorie snack oreos. more...
