I lost two pounds this week which is my goal for now. I am going to start changing my eating again to help with losing more weight beginning next week. I have to pace myself so that I do not get discouraged. I want to make life time changes and in order to do that I need to take this one day at a time and one meal at a time. Through Christ who strengthens me I will win this battle.
