My daughter and I have kind of been doing this together and it's nice to have someone to share recipes and tips with! My daughter is a tiny little things so I certainly have more work to do in the weight LOSS area, but trying to master eating healthy for a lifetime is what we are "bonding" over. :) I just mentioned on someone else's journal that I've been trying to keep canned chicken breast and tuna in my pantry for those times when I feel I need SOMETHING and it will prevent me from reaching for something not so healthy. I also like to keep low sodium roasted turkey from the deli in the fridge so that it's right there and available the minute I open the fridge, I don't even have to open a can! :)
