could be doing better and i will today.havent exercised in a few days.miss it.catch myself over eating and snacking when i am not hungry.that must stop.
my daughter has joined fs for the 3rd time.hopefully she can get healthy.i nag her about eatting good and exercise all the time.i know you have to want it for yourself first.
time for another cup.happy sunday.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Low Carb Diet Plan   losing 0.9 lb a week


Maybe you could be doing better - but then you could be doing worse as well. Good luck to your daughter. Diet is a lot easier to follow when you have Mom doing the cooking for you.

Maybe try to get some healthy snacks in the house and when you feel the urge for snacking it won't be so bad. Hopefully the exercise bug will hit you soon and you can get back to that. You and your daughter can motivate each other. It's always more fun when you are doing it with someone. Happy Sunday!!

My daughter and I have kind of been doing this together and it's nice to have someone to share recipes and tips with! My daughter is a tiny little things so I certainly have more work to do in the weight LOSS area, but trying to master eating healthy for a lifetime is what we are "bonding" over. :) I just mentioned on someone else's journal that I've been trying to keep canned chicken breast and tuna in my pantry for those times when I feel I need SOMETHING and it will prevent me from reaching for something not so healthy. I also like to keep low sodium roasted turkey from the deli in the fridge so that it's right there and available the minute I open the fridge, I don't even have to open a can! :)
