Actually I started the Abs diet 2 weeks ago and weighted 183lbs I did not sign up because I did believe I would lose the weight
The diet work but you can't cheat, I work out 30-60 minutes a day 6 days a week, after two weeks its really starting to show 6 pack of Abs at 50+
170.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
