pedometer - 9,250 steps today. Looking forward to the walking challenge beginning tomorrow. Went for an hour walk with the kids which was fun. Considering trying to calorie cycle just to mix things up a bit and see if it makes a difference. Monday-1,500 Tuesday-1,200 Wednesday-1,500 Thursday-1,200 Friday-900 (semi fast until dinner with protein drink only before that) Saturday-1,500 Sunday-2,000 Average-1,400 calories Ate the "cheat snack" today of chocolate and ice cream. I felt satisfied but did not over do it. Did not quite make the 2,00 calorie limit but felt like I ate a lot today.
