Temperatures been dropping all day just like the weatherman predicted, sigh. Whitey has been at the groomers all day and poor Baby Girl is lost without him. She is so quiet and clingy, not her usual rambuncious goofy self.
Whitey hates going to the groomers and I feel so guilty leaving him there. They are good and treat him well but being dropped off at a strange place and have all these undignified things done to him makes him hate the place. He hates the water unless its chasing a cat through a scummy stagnant creek, then its OK in his mind to get wet. I'm sure he would be happy to never get another bath every again but I can't take that wet dog smell.
So its going to be another weekend spent doing stuff around the house. Think I'll make cabbage rolls tomorrow.

aww he's having a spa day he probably thinks it's just for the girls! it rained for 3 days straight here, I had lots of wet dog, time to clean the sheets again. sounds like Baby Girl is having a mommy and me day. hope Whitey gets home soon to perk things up

Awww bless his heart..I was lucky that I could give my poodle a bath..and the girl that cut her hair came to the house..she had a portable table and all...less stress that way..Just give him lots of hugs and loving when he gets home..he will forget all about it as soon as he can play out side and rub his back all over the ground..LOL...

I wish we had portable groomers here - I refuse to leave my furbabe anywhere - I won't even let the vet tech take her to the without me. I get enough guilt when I leave her alone with MH to go shop...

I groom my doggies myself and it is a HUGE chore. They hate being brushed, hate being washed, hate, hate, hate being CLEAN! LOL Hope Whitey got all cleaned up. Have a great week...ps...cabbage rolls sound awesome!
