Today has gone well. Other half asked me to buy some new underwear as he is fed up with my big baggy underpants! Wore some jeans ive prob not worn since my FS journey started and they are so much looser!

Also, we are going to buy some scales tomorrow! Ive never really owned any, but think I am ready for them now.

Tomorrow should be long run today but with the snow and ice, I may just do 5 or so miles.

Ate some great food - haggis and lots of veg! :-) Ate quite a lot of food but nothing crazy, and I still feel good!

Don't forget the measuring tape over by sewing stuff to measure. They are cheap and the results mean a lot more. Glad to hear the other half is noticing your progress though! :)

I did a thorough measure this morning. Was quite surprised by how small all the numbers were! :-)
