Started all over again. Hoping not to backslide again. Need to fit into my birthday dress for April 27. Bought it 2 sizes small (purposely). Starting weight is 211 pounds & hope to shed 60lbs by the year end. Wish me luck! :)
211.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
