Disappointed to see even a slight weight gain today, especially since, with the exception of less than an ounce of champagne, I stuck to my diet guidelines very, very, well at the party last night. It may have been more a matter of having eaten a substantial part of my caloric intake so late in the day or, of course, it could simply be going a little over the calorie count that I have been taking in over the last week. Anyway, no big deal, I will keep going the right direction. The weather forecast for the next several days shows very little chance of rain so I can keep walking outside.

Whoops. I forgot about the meatballs. Adding them in, I went 11% over my intended 1500 calories.

5000 steps plus some upper body exercise. Spent many hours at the computer working on the book project so an awful lot of sitting. I tried setting a timer for 30 minutes to remind me to get up and move around. not especially effective since there is no way I will interrupt some tricky little design project to jump up and walk.

1363 kcal Fat: 101.30g | Prot: 77.37g | Carb: 39.93g.   Breakfast: peppermint tea, formaggio marinated mozzarella. Lunch: organic coconut butter, Whey Protein Isolate - French Vanilla, peppermint tea, egg yolk, whole milk, water. Dinner: Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), parmesan cheese, avocado oil, onion, green peas, peppermint tea, peppermint tea. Snacks/Other: salmon oil, tums. more...
