Ok, so I started this journey in March 2008 and lost 180 lbs in less than a year by eating healthy and exercising moderately - no meds and no surgery. When SNAP opened in January 2009, I lost the extra 40 lbs I wanted allowing me to get down to 140 lbs. I kept it off for 4 years. In February of this year (2012), I lost the job I loved and gained 45 lbs back. So, I started back on my weight loss journey again. I'm on day 5 and am under a high protein, low fat, low carb diet...it worked before....220 lbs worth. I am back to hard-ass cardio for nearly 2 hours each day. I haven't started using the weights yet, but I will when I feel ready. Haven't lost a pound or a single inch, but I do feel better. Stay the course Kellie, stay the course.
