CALLING ON ALL MY FS FRIENDS TO SUPPORT ME THROUGH THIS DAY! I WANT TO GO ONE DAY, JUST ONE DAY, STICKING TO MY FOOD PLAN. FASTING TODAY BECAUSE WEIGH IN IS TOMORROW MORNING. I AM GOING TO DO THIS AND DO IT RIGHT FOR ONCE! :)

Just had a look at your diet calendar and don't know if you appreciate what discipline you have demonstrated over the last few weeks. I'm sure you can do it again today. Try and focus on what it will feel like when you step on the scales tomorrow knowing you have given it you best shot. Good luck.

Hey! Sorry a little delayed in replying but I know you can stick to your guns - you are made of some tough stuff and are super determined! You have done amazingly, wish I could be there to see your big smile at the weigh-in tomorrow!

Thanks. I've finished the evening meal so I'm done eating for the day. This is probably the hardest part of the day because the hunger should be satisfied but the cravings have not. So, I'm going to tell myself that I can have nothing else for the day except my water but tomorrow I can have a chocolate chip oatmeal muffin. Water, water, water! Scales tomorrow!
