spiked up to 220 a couple of days ago, when I had to fast for blood work in the morning and threw off my regimen, also tried some multi-garin crackers and did not get my full compliment of water that day.

Two days of oatmeal in the morning, simple salad during the day and baked sweet potatoes for the bulk of my daily calories combined with a bit of walking, strength training and inclined crunches have gotten me back to trending downward with my weight.
216.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Raw, whole foods, high fiber, plant-based foods   losing 1.0 lb a week
