Happy Saturday!

After having the most wonderful day yesterday it all crashed last night. Won't bore you with the details (a lot of little things converged) but I ended up having a major stress binge topped off with corn chips.

And the thing is that one can never really undo the damage, but I will start fresh today. Focus forward.

Awwwww Buffy..but thats funny...corn chips are evil..you can't just eat one...unless you break a tooth off...like did...now that will make you put them down...LOL...:O)

I relate to your stress as I just finished off a box of Fiber one 90 calorie brownies! During our power outage I made a run to dollar general late last night (they just got their power back on) and bought a box. I am stressing out still big time. Hang in there. We have to get a grip. Hugs!
