Been stagnating for a few weeks - bouncing up and down a few pounds. so I decided to get serious: lots of water, cut out the diet pop and eat some plain chicken - and the scale is down! so happy! need to get rid of the bad habits that I picked up over Christmas
170.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
