Third week in a row that I lost a lb. Wonder what's up with that. I can't complain, I'm losing, but sure would love to see 2 lbs next week. Still not following things perfectly so going to get better at that this week!
278.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 128.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1245 kcal Fat: 30.98g | Prot: 78.98g | Carb: 165.89g.   Breakfast: Fruity Pebbles, Skim Milk Kemps,  Free Range Chicken eggs. Lunch: Hickory smoked turkey, sandwich thins, Mayonnaise, Onion. Dinner: ketchup, Ground Beef Sirloin 90/10, Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti, Newmans own marinara. Snacks/Other: cottage cheese, Ry Krisp. more...
