Weekly weigh-in. Down 2kg despite little exercise and a bit of indulgence on Friday due to the bad weather. Only 1kg to lose by the end of the month to get back to pre-Christmas weight. BMI 32.9.
255.7 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
