Something thats working for me, stick to Weightwatchers 6.5 days a week. I weigh in on a Saturday morning, I count my points until 3pm Saturday afternoon, then do not count points for my tea. I find looking forward to this "free meal" all week helps keep me sane! As long as you can control yourself to one night a week, and do not go completely over board, it seems to work really well! Picking something that you don't have left overs for seems to help too - nothing to pick at once tea is gone!

I like that your eating regime has a degree of tolerance and that it's yielding the desired results! I am working on a similar philosophy going forward. I think I've been putting so much pressure on myself to be good 100% of the time, that there are times I crumble completely (usually into a bag of chips or block of chocolate!) This week I'm going for balance!
