First week of new exercise plan and smaller portions. Exercise plan was a killer. i was so sore until my husband showed me some better stretches than I was doing. Helped a lot. I couldn't work out on Thursday because I had a root canal and was on some strong pain meds. I'm very happy to have lost 3 lbs. I hope they keep falling off.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
