FRIDAY...
I am a bit better today than I was yesterday. The cough is more productive, and although the nose is still stuffy, periodically I can breathe through it and I am beginning to be able to taste salt! Hubby cleaned the bathrooms yesterday, and I couldn't smell the Pinesol...now that is BAD!! LOL I am still running a low grade fever of about 99.5, but Tylenol is helping. Sometimes it's hard to tell if a fever and the aches are from a bug or a Lupus flare, but this time, I'm pretty certain it's just this darned bug.
The weight is doing well...lost 2 pounds in the last week, so I can't complain about that! Food has been okay, but I really need to work on getting the calorie count up to about 1400-1500. According to my Fitbit, I am averaging 2400 calories a day burned, meaning I have been running a large deficit, which isn't good for weight loss. So, I am happy with my 2 pound loss.
The temperature here today was 56 degrees and supposed to be even warmer tomorrow, which is great...but by Monday it is going to be about 20 for a high! Crazy Missouri weather!! No wonder everybody is sick!
Well, that's all the news that's fit to print from my corner...hope all is well in your's!
TTFN!!

I know Heather...that is one seriously messed up sniffer! I love the smell of Pine Sol. I am going to tackle vacuuming today. I haven't done anything in 11 days and the animal hair is taking over! Have an awesome weekend! HUGS!!!

Stef, so glad to read you just might be on the downhill side of this bug. It can be hard to be off a routine for a good amount of time, but it's what you need. When you're all better and feeling perky, you can deal with any aftermath....lots easier when you feel healthy. Take care.

Thanks, Lizzy! Hubby does a lot! He does the cooking, dishes, bathrooms, and laundry. I take care of what he can't do (he is blind). Together we get it all accomplished! lol

Thanks, Bren! When I couldn't smell the Pine Sol, I knew it was bad! lol I love that stuff. I use Murphy's Oil Soap and vinegar on the wood floors, and lemon pledge on the furniture, with some orange oil in the wood work...lots of smells! Hubby is definitely a keeper. He is making me a fresh salad as I am typing this comment...lol Have a great Sunday! Love you!
