I thought i did pretty well today till i saw my fat percentage intake grrr......i know im gonna have a few glasses of wine tonight too. My neck and shoulders have been killing me! i couldnt even raise my arms this morning or turn my neck. Not quit sure what is going on with my body, but it prevented me from doing any kind of excersise today. I feel exhausted, my lack of sleep is due to part of my neck problems. I hope to weigh myself soon and see if ive lost anything. Even a pound would give me some kind of hope that im doing this correctly.
