Im not sure how, but I've put on weight. I have not broken the diet once. It's so disappointing to be working so hard and going backwards. I will review what I'm doing and just keep going. I think I've been using too many of the atkins products in place of meals... and I think I have not been eating enough carbs. sigh. oh well, here's to a better week ahead. Regardless, I FEEL like I'm losing weight and I FEEL better within myself too

Hi Juliet!
If you can feel changes, then that's a good thing! The scale is the least accurate way to track progess -- many people find it more satisfying to measure themselves or use the fit of their clothes for reference.
The only recommendation that I would have is to try steering clear of any kind of processed food. Atkins bars to start with, and also processed meats (sausages, cold cuts, etc). Processed foods contain hidden sugar and sodium, as well as other things that can cause water retention and stalls. If you have one of the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution books (mine has a red cover, and a copy can probably be found on Amazon 2nd hand for cheap), stick as much as possible to the induction foods he lists there. There are lots of meats, lots of salad and fibrous veggies, a list of oils, and some limited dairy.
Once you've got that in place, start aiming for a reasonable calorie amount. For someone our size, they recommend somewhere around 2000 calories. I have trouble eating more than 1200 to 1500 when on-plan. Definitely use the site's food diary to help you log your meals, and remember to separate your breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are quite a few folks on here who might be able to give you a hand by reviewing your food log if you're still having problems.
Good luck! :)
