Paid today. My goal of being sure to get to the grocery asap before I spend money eating out got foiled this morning as I had nothing to prepare and ended up grabbing a bagel sandwich with a co-worker on the way to an event. Soup at lunch too. I managed to keep it minimal though which I'm proud of. Grocery list is being made shortly here.

Breakfast: 1/2 whole wheat bagel sandwich (egg, slice of cheese, turkey bacon)

Lunch: 1/4 of above bagel and rest of egg/cheese/bacon, potato cabbage soup, chips, some soda

Snack: rest of soda as day went on

Dinner: Chicken sausage, veggies, rice or something like it

Tomorrow is another winter hike. It'll be a nice day for it. Can't make it to the Hocking Hills hike this year. Next year...I'll be there. All 6 miles of slippery, cold, icy, fun.
