Haven't been really been doing anything just eating and living but want to get back on track I really want to get under 200
253.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 108.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You have to really get yourself focused on the bigger goal and each day will get a little easier. I know there are days I feel that it's a waste of time to follow thru, but in the end you are going to feel and look amazing... Hold on a new you and waiting.... Good luck to you.
