Weight isn't doing much yet, but took a sneak peak at measurements, and seeing VERY positive results will just keep plugging away.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1311 kcal Fat: 28.46g | Prot: 159.71g | Carb: 109.57g.   Breakfast: strawberries, stevia, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), oikos greek yogurt. Lunch: Sriracha Panich, Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Mayonnaise, Chunk Light Tuna in Water. Dinner: Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, Chunk Light Tuna, Large Brown Grade AA Eggs, Sriracha Panich, Mediterranean Vegetable Blend. Snacks/Other: PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter, Fuji Apples, water, Cooked Broccoli, Pure Almond Milk - Vanilla, Turkey Ham, Pro Performance 100% Casein Protein - Chocolate, Whey Protein - Chocolate. more...
