Dropped back a pound, now to tackle the next 15, while training for that 8k race at the end of February :)

Stayed under 1700 calories yesterday, even allowing myself a little dessert after my workout last night. (one scoop of ice cream and 3 oreos...yum)
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
