Time For a Change Mom's Journal, 18 January 2013

I am proud of myself for sticking to my daily RDI for the week. Now just to keep it on track through the weekend, that is when I struggle. My goal is to exercise Fri, Sat, Sun. I feel so much better when I am in that routine!
