1189 kcal Fat: 18.76g | Prot: 78.81g | Carb: 182.37g.   Breakfast: BLUEBERRIES, 1 tbsp land o lakes fat free half and half, 1/4 cup Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal - Golden Flax, 0% fage yogurt, sugar, coffee. Lunch: CUCUMBER, bell pepper, Black Beans, 1 OZ ATHENOS FAT FREE FETA, 1/2 packet edamame safeway, 2 oz half and half salad earthbound farms, grape tomato. Dinner: skim milk, land o lakes fat free half and half, chicken chili lime burger, zucchini, bell pepper, laughing cow light creamy swiss, piccolini, laughing cow light garlic & herb, tomato, diet caffeine free pepsi. Snacks/Other: strawberries, fuji apple, snyder's of hanover butter snaps pretzel, dove milk chocolate miniatures. more...
