1189 kcal Fat: 18.76g | Prot: 78.81g | Carb: 182.37g.   Breakfast: 1/4 cup Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal - Golden Flax, 0% fage yogurt, 1 tbsp land o lakes fat free half and half, sugar, coffee, BLUEBERRIES. Lunch: CUCUMBER, bell pepper, Black Beans, 1/2 packet edamame safeway, 1 OZ ATHENOS FAT FREE FETA, grape tomato, 2 oz half and half salad earthbound farms. Dinner: piccolini, tomato, zucchini, land o lakes fat free half and half, diet caffeine free pepsi, bell pepper, chicken chili lime burger, skim milk, laughing cow light garlic & herb, laughing cow light creamy swiss. Snacks/Other: snyder's of hanover butter snaps pretzel, fuji apple, strawberries, dove milk chocolate miniatures. more...
