1189 kcal Fat: 18.76g | Prot: 78.81g | Carb: 182.37g.   Breakfast: 0% fage yogurt, BLUEBERRIES, 1/4 cup Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal - Golden Flax, sugar, coffee, 1 tbsp land o lakes fat free half and half. Lunch: 2 oz half and half salad earthbound farms, bell pepper, grape tomato, 1 OZ ATHENOS FAT FREE FETA, 1/2 packet edamame safeway, Black Beans, CUCUMBER. Dinner: piccolini, tomato, bell pepper, zucchini, laughing cow light creamy swiss, laughing cow light garlic & herb, chicken chili lime burger, land o lakes fat free half and half, skim milk, diet caffeine free pepsi. Snacks/Other: fuji apple, strawberries, dove milk chocolate miniatures, snyder's of hanover butter snaps pretzel. more...
