1189 kcal Fat: 18.76g | Prot: 78.81g | Carb: 182.37g.   Breakfast: BLUEBERRIES, coffee, sugar, 1 tbsp land o lakes fat free half and half, 0% fage yogurt, 1/4 cup Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal - Golden Flax. Lunch: 1 OZ ATHENOS FAT FREE FETA, 1/2 packet edamame safeway, 2 oz half and half salad earthbound farms, CUCUMBER, grape tomato, Black Beans, bell pepper. Dinner: bell pepper, tomato, laughing cow light garlic & herb, skim milk, diet caffeine free pepsi, chicken chili lime burger, zucchini, land o lakes fat free half and half, piccolini, laughing cow light creamy swiss. Snacks/Other: dove milk chocolate miniatures, snyder's of hanover butter snaps pretzel, fuji apple, strawberries. more...
