Feel like I am scurrying-by, not flying-by, but should be. It is snowing but not enough for me to get excited. Excercise machine this morning, (only had time for 25 min) too slick for running.

Yesterday I kicked the Crunch Monster Sami chips, or nuts either. Thankful for that.

Food is all planned & logged.

Too busy to really plan ahead much for the weekend, but I am looking forward to getting out of the fast lane.

Today I am thankful the Crunch Monster is gone!

Bummer is, I forgot to hop on the scale this morning, so it will have to be tomorrow morning.
