This drop in weight was a bit unexpected. When I first got on the scale it registered 214.6. Then after the shower it registered 215.4. I went with the higher weight. My waist remained the same at 38".

Last night I was probably asleep by 9pm, if not earlier. Woke up a couple of times but I'm sure glad I got some decent sleep. That is probably the one area I need to work on the most. On a good night I'll typically get 7 hours of sleep, rarely more. Most nights I'll get probably 5-6 hours.... not a good habit.
215.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Now why was this unexpected when you have been working so hard? I think it is great that you recognize how important sleep is. A good night's sleep is hard for me as well.

I often wake up in the middle of the night for an hour or so, so I've been either going to bed an hour earlier or sleeping later to get enough. It really makes a difference.
