The weight is moving again. Now its time for me to move too. Heading to the fitness center to walk. I keep planning on walking outside and then we get these bitter winter winds that take your breath away standing still.

Maybe it'll be nice just to be exercising around other people. I don't generally like the group thing because I get distracted but for winter, it'll have to work.

Today I am really thankful for my former foster kids. Its amazing to see how they've grown up and made me proud. Still love them and pray for them.
