I was told by my Doctors that I have LOST about 5% body fat even though I've gained weight! I have also lost a little more around my waist! Now if I can lose all the pain in my body life would be grand!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
