I am planning to loose an average of ~2 lbs/ week in the first month and so, then an average of ~1.5 lbs/ week in the second month, and after that an average of (1 or less) lb/ week for the rest months!

Loose 10 lbs by the end of Feb. and a total of 15 lbs by the end of Mar.

My goal is to reach a total loss of 20 by May and 28 by July
