Having a Biggest Loser contest at work and joined last week. Lost 2 lbs. this week. Just entering food in Fat Secret keeps me on track.

1168 kcal Fat: 57.48g | Prot: 53.96g | Carb: 112.19g.   Breakfast: Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Shredded Cheese, Lite'r 35 Wheat Bread, Light Soft Spread, Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Scrambled Egg, Strawberries. Lunch: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Grilled Chicken, Country French with Orange Blossom Honey Dressing. Dinner: Loaded Mashed Potatoes, light margarine, fried rabbit, brocolli. Snacks/Other: Apples, Cherry Essence Pitted Prunes, sugar free pudding, pecan, PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter. more...
