Having a Biggest Loser contest at work and joined last week. Lost 2 lbs. this week. Just entering food in Fat Secret keeps me on track.

1168 kcal Fat: 57.48g | Prot: 53.96g | Carb: 112.19g.   Breakfast: Strawberries, Scrambled Egg, Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Light Soft Spread, Lite'r 35 Wheat Bread, Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Shredded Cheese. Lunch: Country French with Orange Blossom Honey Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Grilled Chicken. Dinner: brocolli, light margarine, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, fried rabbit. Snacks/Other: Cherry Essence Pitted Prunes, Apples, pecan, sugar free pudding, PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter. more...
