Long day. Programs and meetings made a good 6 hours of my work day disappear. Lunch didn't officially happen until about 5:00. I just ate something to kinda hold me over and I'll have supper of some sort when I get home.

Breakfast: Trix, milk

Snack: tea (I swear, Herbalife has the best tea ever. I don't know if I could have pulled today off without it.)

Lunch: The blandest turkey sandwich I've had in ages. (Left overs from the school district for one of our groups. I can't believe they give crummy sandwiches like that to the kids. 2 slices of cheap, white, bread and 2 small slices of highly processed "turkey" lunch meat. It actually upset my stomach to eat it. At least they got an apple and some baby carrots to go with it.)

Water: Not nearly enough. 4 glasses as of 6pm.
