Day 17 - I am slowly losing weight. I'd like to kick it up a notch so I can lose as fast as I did when I first started this diet. I started exercising so I think I'm turning fat into muscle. I seem to be losing inches. That's a good thing too. Can't I have both?
136.7 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
