Thursday Jan 17, 2013 Hello diary - it has been a long time. Well now I have a new goal - WDW in April. I really want to work to loose enough weight to make a difference in how I feel. LETS GO!!! Like the Dr. at Mayo Clinic - I am in control of what I put into my mouth!
