Very good week, sadly the result does not reflect on the effort, i have been walking for 1 hour per day this and last week, sadly i did not lose weight because of the muscle gain i got in my body, i wont gain muscles forever in my cavs but this week was a success. i can no longer just lose weight without effort.. i should be happy but im a bit confused!
286.6 lb Lost so far: 101.4 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It takes more than a week to gain actual muscle. For women, it can take weeks/months of hard work to actually gain a pound or so of muscle. Guys it's easier. Look at your chart though. You have a good downward spiral on your chart. That is what you should aim for. A pound or two a week will take you where you need to go. Just keep the diet in check (consistency is key) and keep going. You are doing great.
