Well, maybe complaining about my body works, lol! Was just saying last night that I hadn't seen any weightloss this week even though I was being really good, then got up this morning and saw a lower number on the scale, yay!
Gonna increase my calories today, enjoy something tasty but not too bad, will still stay at 1900 or below. Then tomorrow, I'll drop it back down to around 1200. Maybe see an even better number on Saturday! :)

I try to keep between 1200 & 1800 which usually averages out at 1500, some days I just need more than others, so go with the flow, just keeping that upper limit. Glad you are moving in the right direction :o)
