Wed - Thursday,
Flying by again/still, just a few more days & the super crunch will be over.
Needed a break, slept in yesterday a bit & gave myself the day off excercise wise.
Darn Sami chips, I figure those are better for easing the crunch monster than peanuts or cashews.
So, today is a new day. Food is planned & logged & excercise was a 30 min run with doggie-girl this morning. It was cold I tell ya...Cold!
Anyway, back to work for me.
Thankful I went for a run this morning, I feel better about me.

Cannot wait until your crunch is over. Am sure you needed to sleep in yesterday morning. How does Doggie Girl like running in the cold - and did she have to wear those boots again?

Was that you I saw flying by??...:O)...I used to love to sleep in until I had to rush around and get to work...Was going to ask if doggie girl wore booties or not..but Buffy beat me to it..have a great day...:O)

Rather than Sami chips, I'm hoping the microwave pork rinds will do the same thing for me....take care of that Crunch Monster instead of peanuts. Darn Crunch Monster......!
