Not doing so great at restarting the Induction. I've been trying and then something will come up that just wipes away my attempt for the day. Trying again today though. The carb addiction really hit back hard during the holidays. Time to fight through it and not give in. No junk food, no carby foods, no alcohol....
On another note, I'm still doing the gelatin every morning in my coffee. My knee and hip pain has reduced and I'd like to think the gelatin is the reason. I'll keep having it every day and see what happens. I've read that it takes a few weeks to really benefit from it (just like any natural remedy - it takes time to work). DH is ready to try it for his shoulder pain. Hopeful it will help him.

can you explain to me about the gelatin? never heard of that. having some issues with shoulder and hip - old age lol - but would be interested in hearing about it - good luck with restarting induction - you can do it!
