I knew I made a mistake yesterday when I got home and sat. Flopped is more like it. Makes it difficult to get up and workout. Then not only did I flop - but I made fudge. Mmmmmm. Yummy fudge. That has now been brought in to work and is sitting in the kitched for everyone else to help me eat. I had my few pieces, now it needs to go away :)
After the fudge I did a mini-workout, which I figure, counts. I did a yoga workout from some dvds that I have.
I seem to get it in my head that workouts have to be long and painful and sweat-filled. And some of them probably do, but sometimes I think it's okay to just do something small. The moves she has us do can be tough. A lot of core stuff.
To avoid the same flopping mistake today, I have brought my workout bag to work, and will endeavor to have a good, painful sweat-filled lunch.
