I was stalled for three days, but it started working really well yesterday. It may be that I dropped my Metamucil therapy for the time being. The Metamucil was 15 real carbs a day, which didn't leave me much to choose from. When I jump to 30 carbs, I can start again, but for now I am doing another week of induction.
