It had to happen - we are under a Winter Storm Watch starting at 6 PM! Just last Sunday I was outside in a t-shirt and flip flops. DH comes home from VA tonight - hope he can keep ahead of the storm.

As for eating: Yesterday I did manage to stay within my calorie limit, but went overboard on the carbs and was sadly lacking in vegetables. Plan to do better today - much better.

Oh Buffy...I know last week was not bad at all..Hope your DH can keep ahead of the storm too...praying for his safe trip back...Staying with in the cal limit is good....Hang in there girl...:O)

Bren - That is very kind of you. He knows how to drive in the snow and can put his truck into 4 wheel drive - it is mainly the other drivers that I worry about.

DK - You've got that right! These people panic, slam on their brakes, etc. The roadway gets littered with cars in ditches.

Thank you! I am much better. I don't know if it just takes 2 weeks for this thing to run its course, or the Nyquil made all the difference. I only know that once I was actually able to sleep, things got better much faster.

Very nice downward trend on that graph tells the story of a woman who has it under control, regardless of a few extra carbs....doing brilliantly!!!
