This lab rat continues to do well in her dairy, wheat & sugar free environment. And, the distraction of getting ready for a weekend away is keeping her busy. Hubby & I are headed to Puerto Rico for the weekend leaving Sat early morning. He has business meetings there starting Tues so I fly back then. We're at a nice resort, so plenty of dining/food options, i.e. I can't use that as an excuse to not stay the course. And, I've already put aside healthy snacks to pack for the flights.
So, again I start this day with the Serenity Prayer --
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
And, I pray, breathe, log, post, & express again today for this one day, meal, bite, minute & emotion at time. xoxox
