today is my day off running so i have to be very careful with what i eat. it is so difficult to have a calorie deficit at the end of the day when i don't go running. i will do it though.

Aww good on you for making it through a day without exercise while watching what you eat! :) Even a small calorie deficit at the end of the day should contribute to your goals :D
