Just stepped on the scale at work (which we know I never do)for kicks. And it kicked me alright. According to the scale, I weigh 185, which is 5 more pounds than I weighed a few weeks ago. I'm visibly smaller, my abs are rippling and I feel great. A perfect example of why you can't depend on the scale. And the kicker is I've cut dairy and decreased carbs. In fact, my daily calorie, protien and carb intake all fall under the recommended amounts for me to lose weight. Not sure what gives, but my doctor was not concerned at my last visit. However, I think I may go for a fat percentage check at the Y. I'm curious about my lean to fat weight percentage.
