Earthlady's Journal, 17 January 2013

I finished the day yesterday at just 80% of RDI, not a bad thing to do every now and again to ring the changes.

I spoke too soon yesterday about the fine weather and got caught in a downpour on my walk home - came in looking like a drowned rat! It was quite late, too, so I just fixed some poached eggs and a salad and made the broccoli soup ready for this evening.
