I feel like someone beat the crap out of me.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 January 2013:
1191 kcal Fat: 53.50g | Prot: 133.98g | Carb: 28.78g.   Breakfast: Total Yogurt, Pure Irish Butter, eggland's best, Pure Apple Butter, wegman organic grassfed beef strip steak. Lunch: Organic Ground Chicken, Shaved Brussels Sprouts, trader joe coconut oil, Organic Broccoli Slaw. Dinner: trader joe broccoli coleslaw, trader joe coconut oil, wegman organic boneless skinless chicken breasts, shaved brussel sprouts. Snacks/Other: Raw Milk Cheddar Cheese, Organic Raw Synergy Kombucha (GT's). more...


Wow - your injury must be painful. Rest, elevate and ice. You are doing so great - patience.

It is pretty painful, maybe I will post a picture later. I've been elevating and icing...somewhat. My friend is making me take a complete rest day only rest day in 2 weeks was active rest and even that was yoga and rock climbing :/
