On Monday, Wednesday and Friday's I do Jillian's 30 day Shred DVD. Well Monday I went a little deeper and a little harder and boy oh boy can I feel it in my back today. So here I sit typing with a heat pad on the small of my back, no Jillian workout today. Hoping tomorrow it will be back to normal.
