So, these off days have been hard. I started feeling bad about my diet, then eat the wrong things (in moderation). Then I decided a trip to the mall would be good for me. I got my hair cut/ colored, new purse, three new pairs of pants, three shirts, and a jacket. I actually feel like a new person now.. One that deserves to be kept up.
160.2 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
