Yes, that is actually how I found fat secret, but I make a lot of homemade meals, and the recipes are different every time, that is why it ends up taking so long. I could say ball park the meals, but I'm very all or nothing, and so if I"m going ball park it I might as well just keep track mentally. Which I have been doing. I know about what a 500 calorie meal looks like (because of my past calorie counting). So I've been just trying to only eat 500 or less per meal. Its working so far... here is to this week!
